No. 6 | J. Dub

From the “preferred by Wiseman” category, I give you the aformentioned “J. Dub.”

This one isn’t bad. It’s simple, clean, modern. Too much so, for my taste, however. This is one of the “C. Webb” style of nicknames made popular by Chris Webber, the former Warriors first-round pick (I’ll stay away from that story for now. We’re trying to have fun here).

But J. Dub is so solid, it will probably stick around in some form. I doubt it will really catch fire, however. It’s too plain for Wiseman’s unique strengths and unique position as a big, young, talented center entering a championship franchise at a crucial time.
