There’s still about 12 hours until Warriors guard Stephen Curry plays basketball again, so why not take another look back at his ridiculous record-breaking night on Monday?
The show was so spectacular that it will live on forever, however, so feel free to take more time than that to savor it. Here’s a highlight reel version of Curry’s 53-point night, courtesy of the Warriors’ official Twitter account.
The Warriors superstar was feelin’ it on his big night.
Curry hit 10 3-pointers and broke Wilt Chamberlain’s franchise scoring record in the process. Plus, his Warriors notched an unlikely win over the formidable Denver Nuggets. He played with the joy he’s made his trademark — along with his 3-point shot, of course.
Now, he’ll turn to team goals, starting with the Warriors’ Wednesday-night matchup with the Thunder. Golden State is on the fringe of the playoff picture at the moment and looking to climb up the Western Conference ladder behind Curry’s brilliance, which will live on for all time, just like his record-breaking Monday night.
